Agreement

By using EdgeJournal, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Journal and analytics only

EdgeJournal records information you enter or choose to import and calculates historical statistics from it. The app does not recommend securities or digital assets, provide trading signals, manage money, broker transactions, or guarantee any outcome.

All markets involve risk. Past performance and journal statistics do not predict future results. You remain solely responsible for every trading and investment decision.

Your data and credentials

You are responsible for safeguarding your device, exported backups, and exchange credentials. Use only read-scoped API credentials supported by the app. Never enter a main-wallet seed phrase. You are also responsible for confirming that imported records are complete and correct.

Third-party services

Optional exchange connections depend on third-party services, including Hyperliquid and Aster. Those services may change, become unavailable, or return incomplete data. EdgeJournal is not affiliated with or endorsed by those exchanges unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the app, attempt to circumvent security controls, infringe intellectual property rights, or use EdgeJournal in violation of applicable law or an exchange's terms.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeJournal is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missing records, service interruptions, or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
